Mr. Banoub obtained his LL.B from Cairo University in 1982. After his graduation, he worked at the Litigation Department at the Ministry of Finance, Economy and Foreign Trade for seventeen years. He also practiced as an independent lawyer before Egyptian courts, until he joined CRCICA in September 1999 to date.
During his work at the Centre, Mr. Banoub managed more than 700 institutional and ad-hoc arbitration cases. In July 2008, he was appointed as Deputy of the Head of the Case Management.
Mr. Banoub participated in many of the Center's activities. He attended most of the conferences organized by the Centre, as well as the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators Module on Arbitration in 2016. He published an article in the Journal of Arab Arbitration (No. 25) titled "Arbitration in Individual Labor Disputes." He also trained a group of Libyan and Iraqi case managers to manage institutional arbitration cases.
