  • From 2001 to 2006: Member of the Technical Office of the General Assembly of the State Council’s Fatwa and Legislation Divisions.

Secondments:

  • On 1/9/2005, he was seconded to the Commissioners’ Board at the Supreme Constitutional Court in non-working hours until he was appointed at the Board on 4/5/2006.
  • 2003: Legal Advisor at the office of the Ministry of Education’s Legal Advisor (to prepare some ministerial regulations and decrees governing the education affairs).
  • Legal Advisor of the Heads of Cairo and Alexandria Exchange since 2005 until he was appointed at the Supreme Constitutional Court.
  • He was seconded for judicial supervision of all Parliamentary and Presidential Elections held since 2000 until now.
  • In 2011, he was seconded to the General Secretariat of the Judicial Commission supervising the Referendum of the Constitutional Amendments.
  • In 2012, he was seconded to the General Secretariat of the Judicial Commission supervising Presidential Elections.
  • In 2012, he was seconded to the Technical Secretariat of the Experts’ Commission amending the Constitution.

Other Contributions:

  • He had been a Member of the Technical Office of the Supreme Constitutional Court since 2007.
  • He represented the High Presidential Elections Commission in following the French Presidential Elections held in April 2012. He was also trained on the French Elections Management with the help of the controlling authorities assuming this role.
  • He was trained on Election Management at Max Planck Institute in Germany in May 2012. He attended the (Election Management-Principles of Practice) workshop.
  • He was trained on Election Management with the help of the High Elections Commission at Wiesbaden District, Germany, in February 2013.
  • He represented the Egyptian Delegation which participated in the activities of the Symposium titled “Judicial Dialogue with the Judicial Bodies of the African Court of Human Rights” held from 18-20 November 2013.
  • He joined the Egyptian Delegation which participated in the activities of “The Constitutional Justice” Conference held in Venice from 10-14 March 2023.

Researches and Scientific Conferences:

  • He contributed to many studies at the Center for Judicial Studies, the Ministry of Justice.
  • He contributed to many studies at the Center for Judicial Studies, the State Council.
  • He gave lectures to the judges of economic courts and the State Council on “Challenging the Constitutionality of legal texts and the procedures thereof” and the rules of accepting such challenge.
  • He participated in the International Conference held by the State Council to tackle the Tenders Law No. 89 of 1998 (the International Conference on Tenders- Cairo Regional Center for International Commercial Arbitration-December 14th- 15th, 2002)
  • He participated in three training courses in the field of Human Rights held by cooperation between the State Council and the UNDP in 2004.
  • He participated in the experimental courses in the field of assessing Egyptian Elections held by cooperation between the Presidential Elections Commission and the UNDP in 2011.
  • He prepared a lecture and a work paper for training judges at the Arab Center for Independence of the Judiciary on January 13th, 2011 on the Judicial and Legislative Obstacles of Economic and Social Rights.
  • He prepared two researches: “Constitutional Protection of Social Rights in the rulings of the Supreme Constitutional Court” and “Constitutional protection of the Right to form Professional Syndicates in the rulings of the Supreme Constitutional Court.”
  • He prepared a Research on “the Judgement to be an obstacle to execute the rulings of the Supreme Constitutional Court and its decisions”.
  • He prepared a Research on “the Impact of deciding the Unconstitutionality of a text of Criminal Law on the final Judgement”.
  • He prepared a Research on “the Ruling Principles of the Financial Obligations in the rulings of the Supreme Constitutional Court”.
  • He participated in the Conference on the Principles of Independent and Sustainable Electoral Management (International Criteria of Electoral Authorities) held in Cairo on April 9th to 11th, 2012 in cooperation with the UNDP.
  • He participated in many Symposiums and Scientific, Legal, and Constitutional Conferences.
  • He had been an Accredited Lecturer at the Center of Judicial Studies in the Ministry of Justice since 2009.
  • He had been an Accredited Lecturer at the Center of Judicial Studies in the State Council since 2010.
  • He had been an Accredited Lecturer at the National Academy of Training “Specialized Courses for the New Members of the State Council”.
  • He got the course of T.O.T (Advanced Training of Trainers) at the American University.
  • He delivered lectures for Judges and Lawmen in Kuwait, in the Institute of International Law Vision Training on the subject of (Arbitration in Contracts for Transfer of Technology) from 3-8 December 2016.
  •  He delivered lectures on “the Constitutional Control over Laws and Regulations” included in the Presidential Leadership Program (PLP) in the Institute of National Planning dated on 22/11/2017.
  • He delivered lectures on “the Constitutional Control over Laws and Regulations”, and “the Legislative Policy” for the new members of the Administrative Control Authority (ACA) in the Center of Judicial Studies in ACA.
