Olufunke Adekoya is an independent arbitrator, having retired as Head of the Disputes Practice Group at AELEX, a Lagos, Nigeria based law firm. She is regularly appointed as an arbitrator in commercial and investment related disputes in the energy and construction sectors. She is a Fellow and Chartered Arbitrator of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and sits on the Court of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre. She is listed on the panel of arbitrators of the Kigali International Arbitration Centre, SIAC, ICSID and CIETAC amongst others.
