General Information<\/h5>

CRCICA organizes a sequence of events and training to promote the organization\u2019s services, arbitration and ADR more generally. Please read carefully the terms and conditions below to ensure the best possible experience.<\/p>

Registrations<\/h5>

All registrations for CRCICA events and training are to be completed via CRCICA\u2019s website or as specified in the event\u2019s or training\u2019s announcement.<\/p>

We take receipt of a completed registration form as acceptance of the cancellation terms and conditions as stipulated below and on the registration form.<\/p>

Registration Fees<\/h5>

The following payment methods are accepted:<\/p>

Bank transfer: Bank details will be specified for each event. \u00a0All payments must be made \u201cFree of charges to CRCICA\u201d.<\/p>

Credit card: by Visa and Mastercard (no other cards are accepted). Credit card payments will be charged in the currency of the event and your credit card company may charge any costs associated therewith.<\/p>

Conference registration fees are to be paid in the currency stated on the event registration form (US dollars or Egyptian Pounds).<\/p>

Cancellations & Refund Policy<\/h5>

Written cancellation must be received by CRCICA before the cancellation deadline (stipulated in the event registration form or in the event announcement) in order for the event registration fees to be partially or fully refunded as the case may be, if refunds are applicable. Refunds will be made via the original payment method.<\/p>

Cancellations relating to the events\u2019 accommodation bookings are the responsibility of the delegate and must be made direct with the hotel.<\/p>

Photography & Filming<\/h5>

For promotional purposes, there may be a professional photographer and\/or video production taking place during the event or training. Delegates who do not wish to be filmed or recorded should advise CRCICA by emailing\u00a0conferences@crcica.org<\/a>\u00a0and the email specified in the event\u2019s announcement prior to the event or training.<\/p>

Photos taken at CRCICA events or training may be published online, available to download and used in marketing materials to promote CRCICA\u2019s services.<\/p>

List of Participants<\/h5>

To facilitate networking, CRCICA may produce a list of participants\u2019 contact details for an event. The list of participants will be made available to each delegate attending the event.\u00a0 Delegates who do not wish to be included in the list of participants should advise the organizers by email to\u00a0conferences@crcica.org<\/a>\u00a0and the email specified in the event\u2019s or training\u2019s announcement as soon as possible prior to the event or training.<\/p>

Disclaimer<\/h5>

CRCICA may at any time, with or without giving notice, in their absolute discretion and without giving any reason, cancel or postpone the event or training, change its venue or any of the other published particulars, or withdraw any invitation to attend.
