1. Submit the Registration Form. You will receive an email detailing the payment methods.

2. Pay the Registration Fee.

3. Send to CRCICA by email your evidence of bank deposit or your bank transfer order or deliver your cheque at CRCICA premises.

4. You will receive a letter confirming the payment of the Registration Fee from CRCICA. The letter will also include a reservation code and the hotel email address.

5. Send an email with the reservation code to the hotel, attaching CRCICA’s confirmation letter.

The hotel rooms view and allocation are diverse.

Please make your choice is clear when you book. Any changes for room allocation will be subject to hotel availability upon request.

Reservations and payments are to be made directly with the hotel without the involvement of CRCICA.

You will be able to book the hotel with these rates after you pay the Registration Fee and receive the confirmation of payment and the reservation code from CRCICA.
