Dr. Tarik Mossadek
Tarik Mossadek, a Moroccan legal expert with a PhD in private law, is the founding partner of Mossadek & Gartoua Law Firm. He has expertise in business law litigation and arbitration. In addition to his legal practice, he is a Professor of business law and International Arbitration law at Hassan I University in Settat, Morocco, where he also headed a Master Program in Business Law.
Tarik Mossadek is involved in various national and international arbitration organizations. He has served as a member of the ICC ADR Commission, member of ICC Moroccoβs National Committee, founding member of the Court of the International Mediation and Arbitration Center of Casablanca (CIMAC), Deputy Secretary-General of the Spanish Moroccan Arbitration Court. He is also an accredited member in many international arbitration centers.
