Dr. Turki Abdullah Altayyar
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Sharia from the College of Sharia at Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University in Riyadh and Master’s and Ph.D. in Islamic Jurisprudence and Law from the Higher Institute of Judiciary at Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University in Riyadh.
Practical experiences:Β
Former judge at the Ministry of Justice and co-founder partner of Atyar Law Firm and associate professor at the Higher Institute of Judiciary at Imam University.
Qualifications and Experience in Arbitration:
Fellowship in Arbitration from the ciarb (FCIArb) and an Accredited Arbitrator at the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) and the Cairo Regional Center for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA).
Practice arbitration both as a chairman and a member by appointment from institutional centers and appellate courts in Saudi Arabia and selecting parties in dispute.
