Cancellation & refund policy
- Registrations cancelled before 15 September 2026 are eligible for a 100% refund of the registration fees paid.
- Registrations cancelled between 16 September 2026 and 15 November 2026 are eligible for a 60% refund of the registration fees paid.
- No refund is possible for cancellations after 15 November 2026.
