Cancellation & refund policy

  • Registrations cancelled before 31 October 2024 are eligible for a 100% refund of the registration fees paid.
  • Registrations cancelled between 1 November 2024 and 30 November 2024 are eligible for a 60% refund of the registration fees paid.
  • No refund is possible for cancellations after 30 November 2024.
