Each participant is responsible for making their own accommodation reservation and transportation arrangements.
The Conference Organizing Committee recommends one of the following two hotels with which special rates have been guaranteed. Please note that there is plenty of alternatives for accommodation options in Sharm El Sheikh city, participants may wish to explore these alternatives using relevant search engines and applications.
Discounted accommodation rates are available for conference attendees at the hotels listed below. Be sure to reserve your room early though, as space will fill up quickly! To take advantage of the guaranteed hotel rates, please complete your registration form in order to book your room according to the Conference special rates.

- Rates are per room per night, net non-commissionable, quoted in US$, inclusive of 12% service charge, 14% VAT and 1% municipality tax on bed and breakfast basis. Types of rooms are allocated depending on availability.
