مجلة التحكيم العربي
مجلة التحكيم العربي (“المجلة”) هي أول مجلة ثنائية اللغة (باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية) في التحكيم الدولي، وتصدر المجلة سنوياً بشكل منتظم منذ عام ١٩٩٩ عن الاتحاد العربي للتحكيم الدولي وبإشراف مركز القاهرة الإقليمي للتحكيم التجاري الدولي ومنذ عام ٢٠٠٩ تصدر المجلة نصف سنوية.
تحتوي المجلة على مقالات لباحثين وممارسين معروفين، وتتضمن ملخصات لأحكام التحكيم الصادرة عن مركز القاهرة الإقليمي للتحكيم التجاري الدولي ومؤسسات تحكيمية رائدة أخرى وتعليقات عليها. كما تتضمن ملخصات للأحكام القضائية الصادرة عن المحاكم المصرية، بالإضافة إلى أهم الأحكام الصادرة عن المحاكم في جميع أنحاء العالم في مجال التحكيم الدولي.
تسعى المجلة إلى نشر المعرفة حول قوانين تسوية المنازعات الدولية وإجراءاتها، وذلك من خلال بحث التطورات في مجال التحكيم الدولي والوسائل البديلة لتسوية المنازعات في العالم.
