We are happy to invite you to attend the CIETAC – CRCICA joint event on: CIETAC – CRCICA Respective 2024 Arbitration Rules & Arbitration in the Context of BRI, scheduled on Wednesday, 22 November 2023 (04:00 – 07:30 PM) at the CRCICA’s Conference room, 1 Al Saleh Ayoub St., Zamalek, Cairo.
The event is jointly organized by the only international arbitration institution in Egypt — the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA) and the most influential arbitration institution in China — the China International economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).
Arbitration practitioners from China and Egypt will provide an overview of the new CIETAC-CRCICA respective 2024 arbitration rules, the new trends in the rules of arbitration institutions (consolidation, expedited proceedings, emergency arbitration, etc.) and their relevancy to construction arbitration, and arbitration in the context of the Belt and Road Initiative.
Chinese / English simultaneous interpretation will be available. Attendance entails no cost.

我们诚挚邀请您参加由中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会（CIETAC）与开罗区域国际商事仲裁中心（CRCICA）联合举办的“CIETAC-CRCICA 2024新版仲裁规则及‘一带一路’相关仲裁实践研讨会”。本次研讨会将于2023年11月22日（星期三）下午4:00-7:30在开罗区域国际商事仲裁中心会议室举行（地址：1 Al Saleh Ayoub St., Zamalek）。
2本次研讨会的联合主办方分别是埃及最具影响力的仲裁机构CRCICA和中国最具影响力的仲裁机构CIETAC。
研讨会将邀请来自中国和埃及的仲裁实务专家介绍CIETAC和CRCICA各自推出的2024新版仲裁规则、仲裁机构规则的新趋势（合并仲裁、快速程序、紧急仲裁员等）及其对建设工程争议仲裁的影响，并就“一带一路”相关仲裁实践进行探讨。
研讨会将提供中英文同声传译。参会不收取任何费用。
