The Training Workshop
CRCICA is pleased to announce a full-day, in-person training workshop entitled “Essentials of Construction Contracts for Successful Project Implementation”, scheduled to take place on Thursday, 12 February 2026.
The training will be delivered by Eng. Aisha Nadar and Dr. Ahmed Waly, bringing together practical industry insight and legal expertise to ensure a comprehensive and applied learning experience.
Structured into four focused sessions, the workshop will address key aspects of construction contracting, including:
- Contract Drafting
- Contract Administration
- Multi-tier Dispute Resolution Clause
- Construction Arbitration
*Certificates of attendance will be awarded upon completion of the training.

- Selection will be on competitive-basis based (experience, relevancy of the workshop to the candidate work, amongst others)
