Cairo – 11 October 2025

The Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA) and the African Arbitration Association (AFAA) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to formalize their collaboration and enhance the promotion of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) across the African and Arab regions. This strategic partnership aims to leverage the expertise of both institutions to foster closer ties, facilitate the exchange of knowledge and best practices, and collaborate on joint training, conferences, and capacity-building initiatives, ultimately strengthening the institutional framework for arbitration and other dispute resolution mechanisms for cross-border commercial disputes.
