Colloquium on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the United Nations Commission on International National Trade Law (UNCITRAL) in Yaoundé, Cameron, 24 – 25 May 2017

During 24 – 25 May 2017, the Colloquium: “UNCITRAL at 50 and Arbitration in Africa” celebrated the fiftieth UNCITRAL anniversary. The Colloquium was held under the distinguished patronage of the Government of Cameroon and with the support of the Association for the Promotion of Arbitration in Africa (APAA). Dr. Selim participated in a roundtable on “The Implementation of the Domestic and International Commercial Arbitration” at the second session of the Colloquium titled “Arbitration Practice in Africa” where he presented CRCICA’s experience and achievements, including, but not limited to, the issuance of the French version of the CRCICA Rules
