CRCICA-Ain Shams Professional Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration

The first stage of the CRCICA-Ain Shams Professional Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration was held from 20 February to 10 April 2022.  The Diploma, delivered by experienced scholars, includes compulsory courses and workshops on the Arbitration Agreement, Arbitration Proceedings, Arbitral Award and the Relationship between Arbitration and State Courts. Elective courses include: Introduction to Mediation and ADR, Introduction to Construction Arbitration, Introduction to Sports Arbitration and Introduction to Investment Arbitration.

Courses and workshops were delivered at both the Faculty and CRCICA premises.  It is worth noting that the first version of the first stage was conducted in 2021.  The second stage will be conducted in 2023 for the candidates who passed the first stage in 2021 and 2022.

This diploma is conducted in implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) concluded between the CRCICA and the Faculty of Law – Ain Shams University on 4 March 2021.  The MOU provides for the cooperation between CRCICA and the Faculty of Law to organize two professional Diplomas in arbitration recognized by the Egyptian Supreme Council of Universities.
