CRCICA unveils its draft New Arbitration Rules 2023
The Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA) unveils its draft New CRCICA Arbitration Rules due to enter into force in 2023 at a date to be determined soon.
Last updated in 2011, the CRCICA Arbitration Rules are amended to meet the needs of users and evolving dispute resolution and trade landscapes. The draft New CRCICA Arbitration Rules 2023 are in the process of being adopted by CRCICA’s Board of Trustees.
The draft New CRCICA Arbitration Rules 2023 will enter into force in 2023 at a date to be determined soon with text subject to editorial corrections until that time.
The draft New CRCICA Arbitration Rules 2023 is available in the English, Arabic and French languages.
