Ms. Malak Lotfi joined CRCICA as a Case Manager and Legal Researcher in January 2019, following a 4-month internship in the Dispute Management Department. Her responsibilities include administering arbitration cases and conducting research in support of CRCICA’s decisions and for the publication of its articles. 

Ms. Lotfi holds a Master degree in English and North American Business Law from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (2018) and had previously obtained an LLB from Paris I (2016) as well as from Cairo University (2017). She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitators since 2020.

Ms. Lotfi is fluent in Arabic, English and French.
