Sunday 22 September 2025, the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA) had the pleasure of welcoming Ms. Gloria Lim, Chief Executive Officer of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
Ms. Lim was warmly received by Prof. Dr. Ismail Selim, CRCICA’s Director, and Dr. Dalia Hussein, Deputy Director. The visit featured an insightful presentation about CRCICA’s role as a leading arbitral institution in the Arab region and beyond, followed by a guided tour of the Centre’s state-of-the-art premises and facilities.
The meeting was also an opportunity to exchange information about the work and experiences of both Centers and to discuss potential avenues for cooperation, reflecting the shared commitment of CRCICA and SIAC to advancing best practices in international arbitration.
This occasion not only highlighted CRCICA’s unique heritage and capabilities but also underscored the promise of mutually beneficial collaboration with SIAC, strengthening ties between two globally renowned arbitral institutions dedicated to promoting excellence, innovation, and neutrality in international dispute resolution.
