In his speech, Dr. Selim showcased CRCICA’s rich history, modern facilities and robust arbitration rules. His insights not only highlighted CRCICA’s pivotal role but also case load statistics and various third party recommendations and praise for CRCICAโs neutrality including cases involving public entities of the host state as well as international organizations.
The full-day event focused on the latest developments and changes in arbitral institutions from across the world and how dispute resolution is evolving in various geographies and industry specialisations through informative sessions.
The Arbitral Institutions Congress held at Inner Temple, was co-hosted by Clyde & Co, McNair International, Osborne Clarke and Queen Mary University of London.
