Advisory Committee First Quarterly Meeting, 10 January 2019

On 10 January 2019, CRCICA Advisory Committee (AC) held its first quarterly meeting in 2019. The meeting was chaired by Counsellor Amin ELMAHDI and was attended from Egypt by Dr. Ahmed EL KOSHERI, Dr. Ismail SELIM, Prof. Dr. Mohamed ABDEL RAOUF, Prof. Dr. Mohamed S. ABDEL WAHAB, Dr. Karim HAFEZ. Four other members participated by a conference call: Mr. Craig TEVENDALE (UK), Dr. Emilia ONYEMA (UK- Nigeria), Prof. Nassib ZIADE (Bahrain- Lebanon), and Ms. Rabab YASSEEN (Switzerland – Iraq). Dr. Dalia Hussein, CRCICA Deputy Director, was also in attendance. Among other agenda items, AC members approved the Minutes of the last AC meeting held on 8 December 2018 and discussed a request submitted by a party to an arbitration case to apply Article 14 (2) of CRCICA Rules. The second 2019 meeting was scheduled for 21 April 2019.
