AfAA Annual Conference

Dr. Dalia Hussein, CRCICA’s Deputy Director, was a representative at the 4^th African Arbitration Association (AFAA) Annual Conference which was held in Cape Town from 12 to 14 October 2023. She took part in the session moderated by Mr. Sami Houerbi (Ifriqya Arbitration Forum), Panel 4, titled “Creating African arbitral institutions of the future: best practices,” alongside other representatives, in which they carried out a thorough analysis of the optimal practices found in arbitral institutions and proposed practical and feasible plans for boosting the standards of arbitration in Africa.
