On 15 June 2023, Dr. Dalia Hussein, CRCICA’s Deputy Director, represented the CRCICA at the Africa Arbitration Academy Flagship Training Programme held during 12-30 June 2023 in London, United Kingdom. The Programme was organized by the Africa Arbitration Academy, Association of Young Arbitrators (AYA), African Journal of International Arbitration, Africa Arbitration Quarterly Law Report, and Africa Arbitration.
Dr. Dalia’s delivered a lecture on “Arbitration under CRCICA’s Rules”. She introduced CRCICA’s background and activities, studies of some cases and decisions made according to CRCICA’s 2011 Arbitration Rules. The session was hosted by Herbert Smith Free Hills.
