On 15 April 2021, Dr. Ismail Selim, Director of CRCICA, participated as a speaker at the Africa Construction Law (ACL) launch event for the Northern Africa Sub-Region. His contribution was titled “The Role of Arbitral Institutions in Construction Disputes.” Dr. Selim presented CRCICA’s wide experience in construction disputes and shed light on CRCICA’s construction caseload during 2016-2020, stressing that almost 25% of CRCICA's cases involve construction contracts. It is worth noting that CRCICA was a collaborating organization to this event.
