On 16-17 June 2022, Dr. Selim delivered a Keynote Speech at the 11. Baltic Arbitration Days on Arbitration in Africa, Riga, Latvia. Dr. Ismail focused on the history surrounding the introduction of Egypt’s 1994 Law on Arbitration and on arbitration’s impact in the African Continent. The event was attended by judges, lawyers, and scholars from the Baltic Region and beyond.
