On 9 September 2018, CRCICA hosted the third quarterly meeting of the CIArb Cairo Branch Committee. The meeting was presided by Prof. Dr. Mohamed Salah Abdel Wahab, the Branch President at that time. Members exchanged thoughts about revision of the Branch Rules and ways to boost Branch membership. Discussions focused on the Branch Development Plan 2019 which will focus largely on mediation and adjudication. Members also discussed the roadmap of the Branch’s conference on “Arbitrating banking and finance related disputes: a new paradigm?” held on 9-10 February 2019 on the occasion of the Branch’s twentieth anniversary.
