CIArb Egypt Branch Committee Meeting

On 16 December 2018, CRCICA hosted the fourth quarterly meeting of the CIArb Egypt Branch Committee. During the meeting, the Committee congratulated Prof. Dr. Mohamed S. Abdel Wahab for his election as the Trustee for the CIArb MENA – Indian Subcontinent Regions.. Members discussed future events and activities, in particular, organizing an international conference to celebrate the Branch’s twentieth anniversary on: “Arbitrating Banking and Finance Related Disputes: A New Paradigm?”) to be held on 9-10 February 2019. The meeting also considered the revision of the Branch Rules and discussed the Business Plan of 2019. Members also discussed the report presented by Dr. Waleed El Nemr, Vice Chairman of the Branch, on the CIArb Congress Meeting that he attended on 13-15 Nov 2018, in Atlanta at the USA.
