Cornell International Arbitration Society Symposium

On 10 April 2023, the CRCICA was a Supporting Organization for the first Cornell International Arbitration Symposium organized by Cornell Law School, New York. The Panels of the event approached topics including, arbitration in the digital age, navigating the complexities of ESG arbitration, and arbitration in times of crisis: strategies for Transitional justice. Other supporters were: Racial Equality for Arbitration LawyersJus Mundi, Cornell Law School Transnational Disputes Clinic, and Arbitration Channel. It is worth noting that Ms. Sama Haridi, Global Disputes Partner at King & Spalding and Member of the CRCICA’s Advisory Committee was a keynote speaker at the Symposium.
