During the 13th Middle-East Pre-Vis Moot, organised and hosted annually by the Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution (BCDR), and taking place this year from 23 to 25 February 2023, CRCICA’s Director, Ismail Selim and the ADGM Courts shared a panel discussion on the regional development of ADR. The Panel also included the premier screening in the UAE of CRCICA’s documentary, directed by Ismail El Mokadem and co-produced by Escape Home, “Between North & South”, a unique and landmark documentary into the role of alternative means of dispute resolution, and foremost, arbitration, in the economic development and the enhanced economic growth of the Global South.
The 13th Middle-East Pre-Vis Moot Winners received the award by CRCICA’s Director, Ismail Selim, and rewarded a 6-month internship opportunity at CRCICA, after the same arbitrated and witnessed the semi-final round of the annual moot.
