In his presentation, Mr. Badawy showcased CRCICA’s dynamic role over the past year, highlighting its expanding caseload, its contribution to capacity building through flagship programmes, and its active engagement in forging strategic partnerships with institutions across the globe. He further underlined CRCICA’s commitment to advancing international arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, underscoring the Centre’s continued reputation as one of the most active and respected arbitral institutions in the region.
Since its establishment in 1979 under the auspices of AALCO, CRCICA has remained steadfast in its mission to provide impartial, efficient, and independent dispute resolution services. Today’s presentation in Kampala reaffirmed that mission, while also emphasizing the Centre’s wider role as a bridge for legal dialogue, cooperation, and innovation across Asia, Africa, and beyond.
The AALCO Annual Session brings together Ministers of Justice, Attorneys General, senior officials, and representatives from its 47 Member States, along with leading regional and international organizations.
