CRCICA at Young ITA MENA Event

Institute for Transnational Arbitration hosted an event titled “𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐝𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐄𝐚𝐬𝐭: 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐀𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐖𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬”, a virtual Young ITA MENA program, which was held on Tuesday, July 23.

This panel, part of the ‘𝑷𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒑𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑪𝒓𝒐𝒔𝒔𝒓𝒐𝒂𝒅𝒔 𝒇𝒓𝒐𝒎 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑬𝒂𝒔𝒕’ series, focused on the surprising rise of arbitration in the East and its growing East-East synergy. This event brought together strong leaders from the arbitration community, with the The Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA), the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, and the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA), featuring Nadya R. as moderator, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdel Wahab C.Arb, FCIArb, Gloria Lim, Dr. Hamed Merah, Ismail Selim, and Toby Landau KC as panelists who discussed the recent MOUs they recently signed across the continents.
