Institute for Transnational Arbitration hosted an event titled โ๐๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐ฉ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐๐ฌ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ซ๐จ๐๐๐ฌ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฆ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ญ: ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ ๐๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐๐๐ง๐๐ฌ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ญ๐๐ซ๐ฌ”, a virtual Young ITA MENA program, which was held on Tuesday, July 23.
This panel, part of the ‘๐ท๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐ช๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐ฌ๐๐๐โ series, focused on the surprising rise of arbitration in the East and its growing East-East synergy. This event brought together strong leaders from the arbitration community, with the The Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA), the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, and the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA), featuring Nadya R. as moderator, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdel Wahab C.Arb, FCIArb, Gloria Lim, Dr. Hamed Merah, Ismail Selim, and Toby Landau KC as panelists who discussed the recent MOUs they recently signed across the continents.
