CRCICA contributed with a chapter on Egypt at Lexology GTDT – Arbitration 2020 edition

In the format adopted throughout “Getting The Deal Through” series.

The edition included expert local insight into arbitration laws and institutions, approaching 24 jurisdictions worldwide. CRCICA’s Director drafted a comprehensive overview of the arbitration process under the relevant developments within the Egyptian jurisdiction, and focused on, inter alia, laws and institutions, arbitration agreements, constitution of arbitral tribunals, arbitral proceedings, interim measures and awards.
