Starting from September 2019 till October 2019, Toghrul Valikhanli has accomplished his internship programme at CRCICA. Valikhanli is an Azerbaijani BSc Student at the Cairo University, Faculty of Law (graduated from Faculty of Russian language and literature, Baku Slavic University). During his internship, he made a comparison study between CRCICA Arbitration Rules, the Egyptian Arbitration Act, and the UAE Federal Arbitration Law. Valikhanli was encouraged to attend some international events organized by CRCICA, international arbitration proceedings administrated by CRCICA. According to Valikhanli: “Making an intern at the CRCICA was a significant experience which helped to learn the legal skills in practice.”
As part of his required training for the Paris Bar School, Mr. Léo Delamare completed a six months internship at CRCICA from July until December 2019. Mr. Delamare is a French Trainee Lawyer, with a Master’s Degree in Private International Law and International Trade Law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
Mr. Delamare was engaged, inter alia, and assisted in drafting legal articles and researches. Moreover, he attended many international events which was organized by CRCICA and some arbitration hearings. According to Leo: “My internship at the CRCICA was a rich learning experience that allowed me to deepen my knowledge in arbitration, be it international commercial arbitration or investor-state arbitration”.
