CRCICA Signs Memorandum of Understanding with the Egyptian Court of Cassation

8 December 2025, Cairo – The Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA) is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Egyptian Court of Cassation, marking an important milestone in strengthening institutional cooperation and enhancing the integration between judicial and arbitral practices in Egypt.

 

The MoU was signed by H.E. Judge Assem Abdel Latif El-Ghaish, President of the Court of Cassation and President of the Supreme Judicial Council, and Prof. Dr. Ismail Selim, Director of the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA).

 

This cooperation aims to promote capacity building, facilitate knowledge exchange, and support the development of a modern and efficient dispute-resolution framework aligned with international best practices.

 

CRCICA looks forward to the fruitful implementation of this partnership and to advancing shared objectives that contribute to strengthening arbitration and fostering greater synergy between the judiciary and the arbitration community.
