CRCICA Signs Memorandum of Understanding with the Oman Commercial Arbitration Centre

4 December 2025, Muscat – The Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA) is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Oman Commercial Arbitration Centre. The MoU was signed during the Muscat Arbitration Days, by Prof. Dr. Mohamed Sameh Amr, esteemed Member of CRCICA’s Board of Trustees, on behalf of CRCICA’s Director, Prof. Dr. Ismail Selim. This strategic partnership underscores the strong commitment of both institutions to enhancing arbitration practices and strengthening regional dispute-resolution frameworks.

CRCICA extends its sincere appreciation to Dr. Khalid bin Salem Al-Saidi, Dr. Abdullah Nasser Rashid Al-Mandhari, and Mr. Jyothi Mani, for their valued cooperation and support in bringing this collaboration to fruition.

We are confident that this partnership will serve as a solid platform for fostering institutional synergy, exchanging expertise, and enhancing the role of arbitration as an effective mechanism for the settlement of commercial disputes across the Arab region and beyond.
