CRCICA Strategic Partner for GRC Summit Egypt

CRCICA was proud to be a strategic partner of the GRC Summit Egypt 2024, held in Sharm El Sheikh from 14–17 February 2024. The summit brought together leading experts to discuss governance, risk management, and compliance in the digital era. CRCICA played a key role, actively contributing to three impactful sessions.

Dr. Ismail Selim, CRCICA’s Director, moderated a high-level panel on “The Use of Forensic Experts in International Arbitration.” The discussion featured Dr. Khaled Negm, Mr. Amr Ghazy, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Sameh Amr, Mr. Khaled Aboulata, and Mr. Mohamed Yehia, offering deep insights into how forensic experts assist tribunals in evaluating complex claims, financial assessments, and elements of proof. Their mandate, qualifications, and role in arbitration were key focal points, making the session a significant contribution to the evolving field of dispute resolution.

Ms. Fatma Ibrahim, CRCICA’s Mediation Special Advisor, led two engaging sessions on “The Effectiveness of Mediation in Economic Crises,” shedding light on the growing importance of mediation as a cost-effective and resilient dispute resolution tool during financial instability. Through real-world examples and comparative analysis, she demonstrated how mediation fosters business stability and economic recovery.

CRCICA’s presence at the GRC Summit Egypt 2024 reaffirmed its commitment to advancing arbitration and mediation in an era of rapid transformation. We extend our appreciation to the event organizers and look forward to continued collaboration in strengthening Arbitration and ADR practices across the region.
