Cairo, Saturday, 27 September 2025 — The Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA) is proud to announce the successful conclusion of its online Mediation Training Course under the title “Mediation Skills Development Programme – Preparing the Mediator.”
This intensive programme was delivered by distinguished trainers Ms. Fatma Ibrahim and Mr. Fehme Karame, who shared their expertise in equipping participants with the practical and professional skills needed to conduct effective mediation. The training combined interactive lectures with hands-on exercises, negotiation techniques, and simulated mediation sessions designed to build real-world capacity.
The course was further enriched by the invaluable support of esteemed mediation coaches and assessor:
- Mr. Adel El Khouly
- Dr. Eman Mansour
- Mr. Khalil Shaat
- Mr. Omar Ibrahim
- Mr. Gamal Abou Ali
- Ms. Salma El Baz
Participants expressed overwhelmingly positive feedback, highlighting the interactive approach, the depth of knowledge shared, and the practical exercises that enhanced their confidence to apply mediation skills in real scenarios — all the more impressive given that the entire programme was delivered online.
CRCICA also extends its heartfelt gratitude to its own dedicated team, whose tireless efforts ensured the success of this training programme: Ms. Sarah Omran, Mr. Sherief Ahmed, Eng. Yahia Rashwan, and Mr. Aly Farouk.
This achievement stands as another milestone in CRCICA’s ongoing mission to promote a culture of mediation and strengthen peaceful dispute resolution mechanisms across the Arab region and beyond.
Stay tuned for CRCICA’s upcoming training programmes, where we continue to build bridges of knowledge and excellence in the fields of arbitration and alternative dispute resolution.
