CRCICA Welcomes Shenzhen Government and SCIA Delegation

Cairo, 24 April 2025 – The Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA) welcomed a high-level delegation from the Shenzhen Government and the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) during their official visit to Egypt.

The delegation included Mr. Xu Bo, Director General of the Office of Public Sector Reform of the CPC Shenzhen Municipal Committee; Mr. Huang Guoyong, Assistant President and Director of International Cooperation and Development at SCIA; Mr. Yan Botian, Director of General Affairs Division at the Office of Public Sector Reform; Mr. Shao Wen, Director of Secretariat Division at the Development and Reform Commission of Shenzhen Municipality; Mr. Zhang Jiansheng, Director of the Office at the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Shenzhen Municipality; and Mr. Zhang Yi, Deputy Director of the Administrative Establishment Division at the Office of Public Sector Reform.

The visit featured a comprehensive presentation on CRCICA’s history, operations, and services, followed by an extensive tour of its premises and conference facilities. The delegation gained first-hand insight into CRCICA’s role as a leading arbitration institution committed to promoting best practices in international arbitration and ADR.

The visit marks a step forward in strengthening ties between CRCICA and leading institutions in China and exploring future cooperation opportunities.
