Dr. Ismail Selim, was reappointed Expert Member of the International Commercial Expert Committee of the Supreme People’s Court, China

The Supreme People’s Court, The Fourth Seminar of the International Commercial Expert Committee & Reappointment (New Appointments) Ceremony of Expert Members, as part of the China Arbitration Summit 2024, organized by China International Commercial Court.
Dr. Ismail Selim, Director of CRCICA, and board member of the African Arbitration Association, participated as a panelist in the 4th session: Innovation in digital era: AI’s application in dispute resolution and its outlook. He was joined in the panel with esteemed speakers: Mr. Christopher Campbell-Holt, Ms. Sun Funhi, Mr. Liu Xiaochun, Mr. Danny Patrick McFadden, Judge Du Weike, Dr Colin Ong KC, and Moderator Dr. Anthony Neoh.

As part of this visit, Dr. Selim signed, on behalf of CRCICA, the renewal of the longstanding Memorandum of Understanding with China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), further solidifying our partnership and our dedication to fostering bilateral cooperation in arbitration.”
