Seminar jointly organized by the Ciarb Egypt Branch, the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering AACE EGYPT Section and The Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA) scheduled to be held on 12 December 2024.

In every industry, including construction, DX (Digital Transformation) is crucial. Over the past 20 years, DX technologies—such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), the Internet of Things (IoT), Digital Twin, and Simulation—have gained widespread adoption and are being used in the fields of construction and claims forensic investigation.

In this event, several DX technologies were discussed, along with some actual uses in construction management, claims forensic analysis, arbitration, and the judicial system. This provided insight into the future path of DXCFA governance and the implications for the qualifications of Claim Analysts and Expert Witnesses.
