Mona Allam-Magri (LL.M, Paris Panthéon-Assas)

From January to February 2023, Ms. Mona Allam-Magri completed an internship program at CRCICA. Ms. Allam-Magri graduated from Paris Panthéon-Assas University, with a Master 1 in business law and a Master 2 in European regulatory and competition law. She also obtained a Master 2 from Paris-Saclay University in public business law.

During her internship, she became familiar with the procedures and practice of international arbitration, she participated in the translation of legal documents, and conducted research on case law. She also had the opportunity to attend various hearings. Ms. Allam-Magri commented: “This traineeship helped me to better identify which practical problems companies may confront and what their needs are, allowing me to create a rapid and confidential method of dispute resolution in a context of profound changes”. She added: “The entire team was helpful, supportive and welcoming throughout my internship and I sincerely appreciated the opportunity”.
