On 3 March 2018, CRCICA hosted the official National Round Oral Pleadings of the Jessup in Egypt. The Jessup Moot is the oldest and largest international moot competition, where the international rounds take place in Washington during March/April of each year. Shalakany Law Firm has administered and has run the National Rounds of the Jessup since 2009. The winning team, the I.D.A.I Team (Université Paris 1 PANTHEON SORBONNE), represented Egypt in the International Rounds.
