New Issue of the Journal of Arab Arbitration

CRCICA’s new issue of the journal of Arab Arbitration (volumes 33 and 34) was released in June 2022. It included a special dossier on mediation, comprising articles by a group of renowned international experts in mediation and ADR. In the field of arbitration, several distinct articles by renowned lawyers addressed the post award stage, discussing the enforcement and execution of arbitral awards in Egypt from a practical point of view.  For more information about the Journal and previous volumes, please click here
