New London-based member joins CRCICA Advisory Committee

CRCICA is pleased to announce that as of March 2018 Mr. Craig Tevendale, Herbert Smith Freehills’ Arabic-speaking Partner and Head of International Arbitration in London has been nominated as member of its Advisory Committee until end of April 2020.  Mr. Tevendale joined the “(15)- strong” AC after the resignation of the Jordanian notable arbitrator Dr. Hamza Haddad. In his new capacity as an AC member, Mr. Tevendale attended the AC’s second quarterly meeting held on 29 March 2018.  The Advisory Committee, among other tasks, decides on challenges to arbitrators and carries out various functions set out under CRCICA’s arbitration rules.
