On 28 February 2023, CRCICA’s Advisory Committee Meeting was held in hybrid format at CRCICA’s premises. The meeting was chaired by Mr Philippe Leboulanger.
The AC members approved the agenda and discussed the minutes of the latest AC Meeting held on 28 July 2022. The Committee discussed a request not to proceed submitted pursuant to Article 6 of CRCICA’s Arbitration Rules. The Committee also discussed the effects of the recent devaluations of the EGP, deciding unanimously that the status quo should be maintained and no special arrangements should be made.
