The format of the course comprised panel discussions, workshops and mock hearings, focusing on the Emergency Arbitration (EA), Expedited Procedure (EP) and Early Dismissal (ED) mechanisms under the SIAC Rules 2016. The topics were examined from the perspectives of arbitration practitioners, the Tribunal and the SIAC Secretariat. Over the course of an intensive two-day programme, participants were tested and got to refine their skills on the Emergency Arbitration, Expedited Procedure and Early Dismissal mechanisms under the SIAC Arbitration Rules 2016.
