CRCICA and THE LAW Sign Memorandum of Understanding to Enhance Legal and Arbitration Cooperation

Cairo, 14 January 2026 – The Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA) is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with THE LAW, aiming to foster dialogue, capacity-building, and meaningful engagement within the regional arbitration and legal communities.

The MoU was signed at CRCICA’s headquarters by Dr. Dalia Hussein, Director of CRCICA, and Mr. Ziad Ali, Founder and CEO of THE LAW.

This strategic partnership underscores CRCICA’s ongoing commitment—since its establishment in 1979 under the auspices of the Asian-African Legal Consultative Organization (AALCO)—to advancing international dispute resolution and supporting legal excellence across the region. Coming shortly after the appointment of Dr. Dalia Hussein as CRCICA’s Director, the agreement marks a timely moment of renewed leadership and shared vision to empower practitioners and expand professional development opportunities.

Through this cooperation, both institutions look forward to launching joint initiatives that support knowledge-sharing and strengthen the arbitration landscape.
