The Power of Advocacy: An introduction to GAR’s Guide to Advocacy edited by Stephen Jagusch QC and Philippe Pinsolle

On 30 April 2018, CIArb Cairo Branch in cooperation with CRCICA organized a training course on “The Power of Advocacy”, An introduction to GAR’s Guide to Advocacy edited by Stephen Jagusch QC and Philippe Pinsolle. The trainer was Mr. Girgis Abd El-Shahid, Managing partner at Shahid Law Firm. Moderated by Prof. Dr. Mohamed Salah Abdel Wahab, the Course focused on written advocacy, the initial hearing, opening submissions, closing Arguments with explanation of some tips and reflections based on the Guide to Advocacy.

Participants interacted and showed keen interest in the subject.
