On the 28th of February 2017, Dr. Tarek Mossadak, Professor of Law, Hassan 1st University, Settat – Morocco, delivered a lecture on “New Trends in Arbitration in Morocco”. Within a comparative context, Dr. Mossadak discussed the most important features of the Moroccan Arbitration law.
