Out-of-Court-Dispute-Resolution in Africa, Dar es Salaam

On 24 – 27 May 2022, Dr. Ismail Selim, Director of CRCICA, contributed with a presentation in the workshop  on “Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution Project” in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania.  The Workshop was organised by the GIZ regional project “Promotion of Rule of Law and Judiciary in Africa”. The presentation focused on CRCICA’s background, recognitions, advantages of arbitration under its rules and CRCICA’s contribution to promoting arbitration in Africa.  Dr. Selim also presented the Documentary Film produced by CRCICA named “Between North and South” outlining the development of arbitration in Africa and Asia. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jPna5qtCMWc
